- SECT 896
Money constituting fidelity fund
The fidelity fund of a securities exchange shall consist of:
- (a)
- in the case of a fidelity
fund established after the commencement of this Part, any amount that is paid
to the credit of the fund by the securities exchange on the establishment of
the fund;
- (b)
- contributions that members
pay to the securities exchange under section 902
;
- (ba)
- money paid into the
fidelity fund under
section 904;
- (c)
- the interest on money
invested by the securities exchange under
Part 7.8;
- (d)
- the interest and profits
from time to time accruing from the investment of the fidelity
fund;
- (e)
- money paid into the
fidelity fund by the securities
exchange;
- (f)
- money recovered by or on
behalf of the securities exchange in the exercise of a right of action
conferred by this Part;
- (g)
- money paid by an insurer
under a contract of insurance or indemnity entered into by the securities
exchange under section 917;
and
- (h)
- any other money lawfully
paid into the fund.
