This legislation has been repealed.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 216

             (1)  The AFPC may adjust an APCS.

             (2)  The power to adjust an APCS is subject to:

                     (a)  section 176; and

                     (b)  section 190; and

                     (c)  section 191; and

                     (d)  section 192; and

                     (e)  section 193; and

                      (f)  section 202; and

                     (g)  section 203; and

                     (h)  Subdivision L; and

                      (i)  section 222.
