This legislation has been repealed.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 238

Annual leave--service

             (1)  A period of annual leave does not break an employee's continuity of service.

             (2)  Annual leave counts as service for all purposes except as prescribed by the regulations.
