This legislation has been repealed.

Employer to provide copy of lodged ITEA to employee

(1) As soon as practicable after an employer lodges an ITEA with the Workplace Authority Director, the employer must give a copy of the ITEA to the employee whose employment is subject to the ITEA.

(2) Subsection (1) is a civil remedy provision.
