WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 783

                   This Part applies to:

                     (a)  conduct by an organisation; and

                     (b)  conduct by an officer of an organisation acting in that capacity; and

                     (c)  conduct carried out with a purpose or intent relating to a person's membership or non‑membership of an organisation.
