WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 815

Attendance at compulsory conferences

                   A person directed under subsection 115(1) to attend a conference shall attend the conference, and continue to attend, as directed by the person presiding over the conference.

Penalty:  20 penalty units.
