WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 817

Creating disturbance near Commission

                   A person shall not create or continue a disturbance, or take part in creating or continuing a disturbance, in or near a place at which the Commission is sitting.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 6 months.
