This legislation has been repealed.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 857

                   The main objects of this Part are:

                     (a)  to extend certain provisions of this Act; and

                     (b)  to include additional provisions in this Act;

as a result of the referral of certain matters to the Parliament of the Commonwealth by the Commonwealth Powers (Industrial Relations) Act 1996 of Victoria.
