This legislation has been repealed.
(1) Subject to subsection (2), for the purposes of this Act, an employment agreement continues in force as if Part 2 of the Employee Relations Act 1992 of Victoria had not been repealed.
(2) For the purposes of this Act, an employment agreement ceases to be in force in relation to an employee if the employment of the employee is subject to an ITEA, a collective agreement or a workplace determination.
