An Act to amend the Constitution Act 1902 in relation to meetings of the Executive Council.
Constitution Amendment (Executive Council) Bill 2024 [NSW]
The Legislature of New South Wales enacts--
1 Name of Act
This Act is the Constitution Amendment (Executive Council) Act 2024.
2 Commencement
This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act.

Section 35D Meetings of the Executive Council
Insert after section 35D(3)--
(3A) A meeting of the Executive Council may be held--
(a) in person, or
(b) by means of a teleconference or video conference.
(3B) The Governor, or Vice-President or senior member if presiding in the absence
of the Governor or Vice-President, may preside at a meeting of the Executive
Council--
(a) in person, or
(b) by means of a teleconference or video conference.
