This Act is the Crown Lands Amendment (Special Purpose Leases) 3
Act 2009. 4
2 Commencement 5
This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act. 6
3 Amendment of Crown Lands Act 1989 No 6 7
(1) Part 4, Division 3A, heading 8
Omit "in the Western Division". 9
(2) Section 44B Development districts 10
Insert "or the Eastern and Central Division" after "Western Division" in 11
section 44B (1). 12
