An Act to amend the Coastal Management Act 2016 to defer the date on which certain provisions
cease to have effect.
I have examined this bill and find it to correspond in all respects with the bill as finally
passed by both Houses.

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts--
1 Name of Act
This Act is the Coastal Management Amendment Act 2021.
2 Commencement
This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act.
3 Amendment of Coastal Management Act 2016 No 20
Schedule 3 Savings, transitional and other provisions
Omit "31 December 2021" wherever occurring in clauses 4(2) and 6(4).
Insert instead "31 December 2023".
