An Act to amend the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Act 1983 in relation to licensing of
trust lands for use for public transport and ancillary purposes.

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts--
1 Name of Act
This Act is the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Amendment (Public
Transport) Act 2024.
2 Commencement
This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.

[1] Section 20B Licence of land for public transport purposes
Omit "Minister for the Environment" from section 20B(1).
Insert instead "Minister administering this Act".
[2] Section 20B(2)
Omit the subsection. Insert instead--
(2) The land the subject of the licence conferred by this section is the land shown
as the site of a proposed easement for bus operation, light rail operation or
public transport corridor within the Lots referred to in Schedule 4, column 2
in the Deposited Plans set out opposite in Schedule 4, column 1.
