A Bill for
An Act to amend the Game and Feral Animal Control Act 2002 to remove pink-eared
ducks from the list of native game animals that may be killed under the authority of
a native game bird management licence.

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts: 1
1 Name of Act 2
This Act is the Game and Feral Animal Control Amendment 3
(Pink-eared Ducks) Act 2013. 4
2 Commencement 5
This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act, or on the date of 6
commencement of Schedule 1 [13] to the Game and Feral Animal 7
Control Further Amendment Act 2012, whichever is the later. 8

Schedule 3 Game animals 10
Omit the matter relating to pink-eared ducks from Part 1A (as inserted 11
by the Game and Feral Animal Control Further Amendment Act 2012). 12
