Clause 1 Liquor Amendment (Drinking Age) Bill 2010 The Legislature of New South Wales enacts: 1 1 Name of Act 2 This Act is the Liquor Amendment (Drinking Age) Act 2010. 3 2 Commencement 4 This Act commences 3 months after the date of assent to this Act, unless 5 commenced sooner by proclamation. 6 Page 2 Liquor Amendment (Drinking Age) Bill 2010 Amendment of Liquor Act 2007 No 90 Schedule 1 Schedule 1 Amendment of Liquor Act 2007 No 90 1 [1] Section 4 Definitions 2 Omit "18 years" from the definition of adult in section 4 (1). 3 Insert instead "21 years". 4 [2] Section 4 (1), definition of "minor" 5 Omit "18 years".
