An Act to amend the Real Property Act 1900 to enable public lands to be brought
under the provisions of the Real Property Act 1900.

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:                                    1

 1    Name of Act                                                             2

           This Act is the Real Property Amendment (Public Lands) Act 2012.   3

 2    Commencement                                                            4

           This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act.              5
