ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1977 - SECT 124

Obstruction

124 Obstruction

A person shall not, without lawful excuse, wilfully obstruct, hinder or resist--

(a) the President, or a member of staff of the President, in the exercise of his or her functions under Division 2 of Part 9, or
(b) a member of the Board, or the Public Service Commissioner or a member of staff of the Public Service Commission, in the exercise of his or her functions under this Act or the regulations.
: Maximum penalty--50 penalty units in the case of a body corporate or 10 penalty units in any other case.
