Meetings of the Board
85 Meetings of the Board
(1) The procedure for the calling of meetings of the Board and for the conduct
of business at those meetings shall, subject to this Act, be as determined by
the Board.
(2) The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board at
which he or she is present.
(3) Three members shall form a quorum at any
meeting of the Board and any duly convened meeting at which a quorum is
present shall be competent to transact any business of the Board.
(4) A
decision of a majority of the members present at a meeting of the Board at
which a quorum is present shall be the decision of the Board.
(5) The
President or member presiding shall have a deliberative vote and, in the event
of an equality of votes, shall have a second or casting vote.
