New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsSubject to the provisions of any other Act and any rule, by-law, regulation, ordinance or like instrument, a Local Aboriginal Land Council may negotiate agreements with the owner, occupier or person in control of any land to permit any specified Aboriginal persons or group of Aboriginal persons to have access to the land for the purpose of hunting, fishing or gathering on the land.
