BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 - SECT 125
Revocation or variation of biosecurity direction
125 Revocation or variation of biosecurity direction
(1) A biosecurity direction may be revoked or varied by a subsequent
biosecurity direction or directions.
(2) Without limiting the above, a
biosecurity direction may be varied by extending the time for complying with
the direction.
(3) A biosecurity direction may be revoked or varied by the
Secretary or by any authorised officer.
