Conditions of approval
269 Conditions of approval
(1) An approval to exercise the functions of an accreditation authority is
subject to the following conditions-- (a) any conditions prescribed by the
regulations,
(b) any conditions imposed by the Secretary.
(2) The Secretary
may impose conditions on an approval-- (a) at the time of the grant or renewal
of the approval, or
(b) at any other time by variation to the approval.
