Prohibited matter event--meaning

31 Prohibited matter event--meaning

A
"prohibited matter event" means--

(a) the presence of biosecurity matter in a part of the State in which it is prohibited matter, or
(b) the introduction of biosecurity matter into a part of the State in which it is prohibited matter.
