New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf any doubt or dispute arises as to the right or entitlement of a person to receive compensation, the Secretary may cause the amount of the compensation payable, or a part of that amount, to be retained until a person has established a right or entitlement to compensation to the satisfaction of the Secretary.
