BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 - SECT 322
Cost recovery order
(1) The Secretary may, by order in writing served on a person from whom a
recoverable amount is recoverable under this Act, require the person to pay
that recoverable amount.
(2) An order under this section is a
"cost recovery order" .
(3) The Secretary may, by notice in writing served on
a person, amend or revoke a cost recovery order.
