BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 - SECT 336
Who has power to grant permit
336 Who has power to grant permit
(1) The Secretary has power to grant a permit.
(2) An authorised officer also
has power to grant a permit, unless it is an emergency permit or a
prohibited matter permit.
(3) A permit may be granted or renewed on
application or on the initiative of the Secretary or authorised officer.
