BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 - SECT 337
Emergency permit
(1) Emergency permits can be granted only by the Secretary.
(2) An
"emergency permit" is a permit that authorises conduct that, but for the
permit, would or might contravene an emergency order, or a biosecurity
direction given in the case of an emergency, and that is expressed to apply to
the emergency concerned.
