Conditions to take effect later
351 Conditions to take effect later
(1) The conditions of a permit may provide that an authorisation conferred by
the permit does not take effect until the end of a specified period or on the
happening of a particular event or on the occurrence of a specified state of
affairs.
(2) Without limiting the generality of the above, the conditions may
provide that an authorisation or variation will not take effect until a
financial assurance is provided in accordance with the condition.
