BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 - SECT 363
Police officers taken to be authorised officers
363 Police officers taken to be authorised officers
(1) A police officer is taken to be an authorised officer under this Act and
may exercise all of the functions of an authorised officer under this Act.
(2) Nothing in this Act limits the powers of a police officer under the
Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002 or any other law.
