BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 - SECT 367
Obstructing authorised officers
367 Obstructing authorised officers
(1) A person who resists or obstructs an authorised officer in the exercise of
the officer's functions under this Act is guilty of an offence.
(2) An
offence against this section is a category 2 offence.
