BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 - SECT 39
Biosecurity event--meaning
(1) A
"biosecurity event" means something that has occurred, is occurring or is
likely to occur and that has had, is having, or is likely to have, a
significant biosecurity impact, other than a prohibited matter event.
(2) A
"biosecurity event" includes anything declared by the regulations to be a
biosecurity event.
