BETTING AND RACING ACT 1998 - SECT 33JD
Privacy of betting accounts
(1) A licensed betting service provider must not disclose information about a
betting account except to-- (a) the holder of the betting account, or
(b) a
person who is lawfully entitled to have access to the information, or
(c) a
racing controlling body or a sports controlling body for integrity purposes,
or
(d) a person prescribed by the regulations.
(2) Subsection (1) does not
apply to a licensed betting service provider if the Privacy Act 1988 of the
Commonwealth applies to the provider.
(3) This section does not limit-- (a)
section 33JE, or
(b) the exercise of powers under Part 4B.
