BETTING AND RACING ACT 1998 - SECT 33JG

33JG Offence

A licensed betting service provider who fails to comply with a requirement imposed on the provider by this Division is guilty of an offence.

: Maximum penalty--

(a) for an individual--100 penalty units, or

(b) for a corporation--1,000 penalty units.
