Abolition of offence of being a common nightwalker
580A Abolition of offence of being a common nightwalker
(1) The common law offence of being a common nightwalker is abolished.
(2)
This section does not apply to an offence committed before the date of assent
to the Crimes (Common Nightwalkers) Amendment Act 1993 .
