Effect of registration or of rejection of plans
195J Effect of registration or of rejection of plans
(1) The validity of-- (a) a plan that has been registered under this Division,
or
(b) any instrument intended to affect or evidence the title to any land to
which such a plan relates,
may not be called into question in any proceedings
before a court or tribunal on any ground whatever, including the ground that
the requirements of this or any other Act or law have not been duly complied
with in relation to the plan.
(2) Where a plan lodged under this Division is
rejected, the Registrar-General may retain all of the fees paid in respect of
the plan or such proportion of those fees as the Registrar-General determines.
