"plan of subdivision for lease purposes" means a plan of subdivision (within
the meaning of section 195) of land within a caravan park or a manufactured
home estate (within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993 ) that is
marked, in accordance with the regulations, so as to indicate that development
consent to the subdivision has been granted under the
Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 subject to the condition that
the subdivision is a subdivision for lease purposes.
