COMPANION ANIMALS ACT 1998 - SECT 83B

83B General access by Secretary and persons authorised by that Secretary

(1) The Secretary of the Department of the Department of Regional NSW, and any person appointed under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1979 , section 24AA, are entitled to access information contained in the Register, subject to subsection (2).

(2) The Departmental Chief Executive may give different degrees of access to the Register to different classes of persons referred to in this section, having regard to the different functions that they perform.
