Agreements about Register
83J Agreements about Register
(1) The Departmental Chief Executive may enter
into an agreement or other arrangement with any person or body in respect of
the exercise of functions of the Departmental Chief Executive under this Act
by the person or body on behalf of the Departmental Chief Executive.
(2) Such
an agreement or other arrangement can make provision for the ownership of
information entered on the Register to be vested in the
Departmental Chief Executive.
