COMPANION ANIMALS ACT 1998 - SECT 88A
Advisory committees
88A Advisory committees
(1) The Departmental Chief Executive may establish
advisory committees to assist in the administration of this Act and to advise
the Departmental Chief Executive on such matters as the
Departmental Chief Executive determines.
(2) The constitution, functions and
procedure of an advisory committee are to be as determined by the
Departmental Chief Executive.
