Proceedings for offences
76 Proceedings for offences
(1) Proceedings for an offence against this Act are to be dealt with summarily
before the Local Court.
(2) Proceedings for an offence against this Act may
be brought within the period of 12 months of the date on which the offence is
alleged to have been committed.
