CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2013 - SECT 125

Authorised officers

125 Authorised officers

The Chair of the Board may appoint any of the following persons as an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act--

(a) a police officer,
(b) a Public Service employee,
(c) a person of a class prescribed by the regulations.
