CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2013 - SECT 26

26 Definitions

In this Act--

"interment industry" means the following--

(a) cemetery operators,

(b) funeral directors,

(c) funeral funds within the meaning of the Funeral Funds Act 1979 ,

(d) any other persons, or persons of a class, prescribed by the regulations.
