6 Constitution of Cemeteries and Crematoria NSW
There is constituted by this Act a body corporate with the corporate name of
Cemeteries and Crematoria NSW.
Note--: Section 50 of the Interpretation Act
1987 provides for the powers of a statutory corporation.
