CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2013 - SECT 70

70 Offence relating to conduct in cemeteries

A person must not, without lawful authority, in a cemetery--

(a) disturb or interrupt any service, procession or cortege, or

(b) inter any human remains (whether cremated or not).

: Maximum penalty--25 penalty units.
