Regulatory Authority may seek further information
108 Regulatory Authority may seek further information
(1) The Regulatory Authority may ask an applicant for an approval in principle
to provide any further information that is reasonably required for the purpose
of assessing the application.
(2) If the Regulatory Authority asks the
applicant for further information under this section, the period from the
making of the request until the provision of the further information is not
included in the period referred to in section 110 for the Regulatory Authority
to make a decision on the application.
