Who may bring proceedings for an offence?
283 Who may bring proceedings for an offence?
(1) The following persons may bring proceedings for an offence under this
Law-- (a) the Regulatory Authority;
(b) a person authorised by the Regulatory
Authority;
(c) a police officer.
(2) In a proceeding for an offence against
this Law or the regulations it must be presumed, in the absence of evidence to
the contrary, that the person bringing the proceeding was authorised to bring
it.
