CRIMINAL ASSETS RECOVERY ACT 1990 - SECT 52B
Effect of registration of interstate restraining orders
(1) A registered interstate restraining order may be enforced in New South
Wales as if it were a restraining order made under section 10A at the time of
registration.
(2) This Act (other than sections 10-10D) applies to a
registered interstate restraining order in the same way as it applies to a
restraining order made under section 10A.
