CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS (CARE AND PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 66
Leave to withdraw care application
(1) A care application may be
withdrawn by the person who made the application with the leave of the
Children's Court.
(2) An application for leave to withdraw the
care application must be accompanied by-- (a) a statement that indicates how
the issues that caused the application to be brought have been resolved, or
(b) a care plan that specifies how those issues are proposed to be addressed.
