New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIt is a defence to a prosecution under this Part if it is proved that the minor concerned was an apprentice or trainee (within the meaning of the Apprenticeship and Traineeship Act 2001 ) and that the minor's entry into or presence in a casino on the occasion in question was for the purpose only of his or her receiving training or instruction as an apprentice or trainee.
