Effect of suspension of licence
122 Effect of suspension of licence
(1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the effect of
the suspension of a casino licence on any liability of the casino operator
under this Part.
(2) Subject to the regulations, this Part applies in respect
of a casino licence even if it is suspended, as if it had not been suspended.
