CASINO CONTROL ACT 1992 - SECT 127
Accounts to be kept
127 Accounts to be kept
(1) It is a condition of a casino licence that the casino operator must keep
such accounting records as correctly record and explain the transactions and
financial position of the operations of the casino.
(2) The accounting
records must be kept in such a manner as will enable true and fair financial
statements and accounts to be prepared from time to time and the financial
statements and accounts to be conveniently and properly audited.
